- Be the first point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, and internal team members.
- Promote and sell our full range of restoration services — including Emergency Services, Contents, and Reconstruction — to customers and clients with professionalism and care.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with empathy, urgency, and clear communication.
- Coordinate communication between departments to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Update job information in our management systems accurately and promptly.
- Provide clients with regular status updates and clear next steps to ensure confidence throughout the process.
- Help resolve concerns quickly and effectively — always with a customer-first, solutions-driven mindset.
- Support Project Managers and leadership with documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

- 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, dispatching, project coordination, or account management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM tools.
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management environments.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
